Latourba Unique Brut - Lebanese Sparkling Wine
Latourba Unique Sparkling Brut
About
Latourba Unique Sparkling Brut is a groundbreaking expression, celebrated as the first premium Lebanese sparkling wine to be fully crafted using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). Sourced from a single vineyard situated between 900 and 1,000 meters above sea level along the banks of the Litani River in Saghbine, this exceptional monocépage captures the pure essence of the West Bekaa terroir.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant light straw-yellow color with a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose is crisp and highly expressive, revealing a delicate bouquet dominated by citrus, fresh pineapple, and subtle stone fruits, laced with elegant hints of honey and toasted brioche. On the palate, it delivers a sharp, mouth-watering acidity balanced by a beautifully creamy mouthfeel. The extended contact with yeast lends an elegant, layered complexity that finishes bone-dry, clean, and thoroughly pleasant.
