Our Story

Wine for Everyone was founded with a simple, personal belief: great wine should be understood, enjoyed, and shared, never intimidating.

My name is Georgio El-Achkar. I’m a WSET-certified sommelier with over 15 years spent in some of Beirut’s finest dining rooms and luxury hotels, curating wine lists and training staff. Over the years, my passion has taken me on extensive tasting travels to the world's greatest wine regions, tasting firsthand at legendary estates like Domaine Georges Roumier and Domaine Henri Boillot in Burgundy, Left Bank icons like Château Latour, Château Lynch-Bages, and Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste, and Right Bank giants like Château Figeac and Château Fonplégade.

But the idea for Wine for Everyone didn’t come from those prestigious tasting rooms. It came from watching guests, even in the finest restaurants, surrounded by legendary labels, feel overwhelmed, unsure of what to order, or completely disconnected from what was in their glass.

The wine world builds unnecessary walls. I created Wine for Everyone to tear them down.

To respect the hard work of every winemaker, we store every single bottle under technically precise cellar conditions, the exact same standard used for the world’s most exclusive collections, so your wine arrives at your door at its absolute peak, ready to be poured.
