Château Khoury Symphonie 2010
About
Château Khoury Symphonie 2010 is a noble and beautifully balanced organic red blend that represents a masterful harmony of tastes and scents. Sourced from the estate's high-altitude terraces situated at 1,300 meters on the foothills of Mount Lebanon overlooking Zahlé, this wine relies on four noble grape varieties. Sourced entirely from exceptional clay-limestone slopes, this mature vintage gracefully reflects the unique climatic characteristics and depth of the Bekaa Valley terroir.
Tasting Notes
Dressed in a deep red, crisp, and clean robe. The nose is complex, highly expressive, and open, revealing an elegant bouquet of sweet vanilla and well-integrated oak, which beautifully opens up to secondary notes of candied red fruits, fresh cherries, blackberries, and fig, with subtle undertones of cacao and roasted coffee. On the palate, the wine delivers a soft, mouth-filling experience where the presence of Merlot provides a thick, velvety finish. It perfectly balances its rich fruit profile with dense, well-tightened yet flexible tannins that offer marvelous freshness and longevity.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at 16–18°C. It is highly recommended to decant into a carafe one hour before serving; allowing the wine contact with the air helps it open up, unwind, and express its delicate aromatics and deep fruit profile much better.
Pairing
The flexible yet dense tannic framework and complex fruit profile of this full-bodied red make it exceptionally food-friendly. It pairs flawlessly with premium cuts of grilled red meat, and goes wonderfully as a natural partner to roasted lamb dishes or a thick ribeye steak. It is equally elegant alongside traditional Lebanese mezze, robust barbecues, hearty winter casseroles, and high-end charcuterie boards.
