Château Khoury Rosé de Rêve 2024
About
Château Khoury Rosé de Rêve 2024 is an elegant, certified organic rosé de saignée that beautifully captures the high-altitude character of the estate’s slopes. Crafted from the direct bleed of the estate's premium red grapes grown on south/south-east facing terraces at altitudes reaching up to 1,310 meters in Dhour Zahlé, this dry rosé is intentionally designed to balance crisp alpine freshness with a light, remarkably smooth structure.

Serving Suggestions
Serve thoroughly chilled at 8–10°C. It is highly recommended to open the bottle a bit before drinking; allowing it to breathe for a short time lets the wine open up and express its complex fruit and floral aromatics much better.
Pairing
An exceptional summer wine and the perfect premium aperitif. It pairs flawlessly with raw seafood preparations like ceviche, fresh Mediterranean salads, and traditional Lebanese cold mezze. Due to its fleshy, coated structure, it is equally elegant alongside fatty cold cuts, light poultry dishes, and charcuterie boards featuring premium Parma ham.
